What happens to the payments we recorded in JobNimbus?
JobNimbus payments go to payments received in AccuLynx, on the job they were paid against. Amounts, dates and payment methods carry over, so balances line up with what your office already knows.
How do JobNimbus statuses fit AccuLynx milestones?
JobNimbus groups statuses into stages inside each workflow. AccuLynx moves every job through milestones from Lead to Closed, with workflow statuses under them. Your statuses can map to the milestone and workflow status that match, and you approve that map before anything moves.
Will my closed and completed jobs come over too?
Yes. Open and closed jobs both move, placed in the milestone that matches where they ended in JobNimbus, so finished work stays out of your active pipeline and your reports keep their history.
Do photos and documents stay attached to the right job?
Yes. Photos and documents are loaded into the AccuLynx job they came from in JobNimbus, so crews and office staff find them where they expect them.
What happens to our JobNimbus custom fields?
Contact and job custom fields carry over to custom fields in AccuLynx, with every value kept. We list them with you during planning so each one has a clear destination.
What about work orders, material orders and tasks?
Work orders can map to labor orders, material orders can map to AccuLynx material orders, and tasks and to-dos can map to AccuLynx tasks. We settle each of these during planning based on how your AccuLynx account is set up.
How do you make sure everything came over correctly?
You review a sample migration in AccuLynx before the full run. After the full migration we check record counts and financial totals against JobNimbus and confirm relationships are preserved, so the account is accurate and usable on day one.
What do you need from us to get started?
