With your authorization, we handle the entire data extraction from JobNimbus and rebuild it in your new system, mapped field by field. We've completed 100+ data migrations in the last 3 years, for some of the largest contractors in North America.

You can save it, but not in one step. JobNimbus's help center explains that records come out as saved reports exported to CSV or Excel, and that photos and documents are downloaded as a zip from each contact or job, one record at a time. What you end up with is a stack of spreadsheets and zip files that don't load into a new system as connected records. We handle the extraction and the rebuild for you.

Contacts, open and closed jobs, statuses and workflows, estimates, invoices, payments, work orders, tasks, activities and notes, photos, documents and custom fields. We also bring over change orders, bills and purchase orders, leads and warranty items wherever your new system supports them.

Yes. AccuLynx is one of our two main destinations. Contacts come over linked to their jobs, JobNimbus estimates become line items on each job's financial worksheet, payments are recorded as payments received on the right job, and photos, documents and notes land on the job they belong to. Yes. JobTread is one of our two main destinations. Contacts become customers with their job locations, JobNimbus estimates become budget cost items on each job, invoices become customer invoices billed against that budget, and payments are applied to the invoices they paid. Yes. Open and closed jobs move with their photos, documents, notes and financials, attached to the right customer and job in your new system.

You approve a field-by-field mapping plan first. Then we migrate a sample of jobs for you to check in your new system. After the full migration, we check every job against JobNimbus: totals line up, contacts are linked to their jobs, and files and payments sit on the right job. No duplicates, nothing out of place, and a system your team can use on day one.

Most migrations take 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish. The exact timeline depends on how much data you're moving and where it's going, and we confirm it in your migration plan. Start as soon as you've picked your new system, while your JobNimbus account is still active, so we can extract everything directly from it.
